Terms and conditions

Sentier srl warrants that the products are free of any defect in workmanship and material. The warranty period for all products shall be 24 MONTHS. The warranty shall not cover any parts subject to normal wear and tear and any other damage caused by an unappropiate use of the product. As a user, you are requested to promptly check the product for completeness, visible defects and transport damage as soon as it has been delivered, and promptly disclose your complaints to us at support@sentier.io and the shipping company in writing. In the case you do not follow the procedure above, it shall not affect the legal warranty claims. It is suggested that you keep your sales receipt should it be required in the future for proof of purchase.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your on-line purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund. You shall email at support@sentier.io by 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods. To avoid any deductions from the refund, all returns must be in new condition and must include the original packing material, carton and all accessories. Return address in “Identity of the seller”. Sentier srl may refuse customer return or charge a restocking fee when the return item is not “like-new” condition. Please note that Sentier srl shall organize your return shipping, but the outward shipping cost and eventual custom fees will be deducted from your refund. In the case of further claims please email at support@sentier.io or visit your SENTIER specialist dealer with the cleaned product and your purchase receipt and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Once a Return Authorization Number is obtained, you must promptly ship the product, to SENTIER SRL for inspection and warranty consideration. Return address in “Identity of the seller”. Any product that is covered by this warranty and that is found in the reasonable judgment of SENTIER SRL to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at SENTIER’s option and the relative shipping refunded. All covered repairs or replacement products will be made at no charge during the warranty period and within a reasonable period of time. In order to further improve our customer service, kindly provide us with brief feedback on the procedure.

No liability of incidental or consequential damages.
The repair and replacement remedies described in this warranty are the owner’s sole and exclusive remedy. In no event shall SENTIER be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
